The Microsoft Alliance Team at Advania operates across Iceland and Denmark, leveraging Icelandic expertise to expand the Danish market. Our unified approach ensures comprehensive support across sales and licensing, customer experience, and operations.
We empower our customers through robust enablement programs and ensures alignment across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Our customer-centric approach prioritizes tailored strategies and continuous development to ensure our clients' success, with a strong market focus on Modern Work and Azure solutions for Small and Medium-sized Companies (SMC) and Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB).
Additionally, our Nurture & Development program is designed to provide ongoing support and insights, helping clients optimize their strategies and achieve sustained growth.
In your role as Senior Microsoft Cloud & License Lead you will provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing options and solutions to meet customer needs. Through your work you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all clients. Over time you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions. Through your experience and know-how, you are able to leverage Microsoft cloud services to enhance customer solutions and drive digital transformation.
Working and collaborate with cross-functional teams with colleagues from other business areas (e.g. Products and Managed Services) you will ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction on your portfolio customers with aim to expand in our market.
The unique thing about this role is the opportunity to be a key player in establishing and strengthening Avania's position as the top Microsoft partner in Denmark. The right profile will be given the opportunity to lead market development initiatives to grow our presence and influence in the Microsoft solutions space.

You have worked in similar roles in five or more years and should be able to recognise yourself in the below trades and ways of working:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and sales processes.
- Deep understanding of and passion for technology.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft products, services, and licensing changes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
The role is based in Copenhagen, and you will be referring to the Director of Microsoft Alliance for Denmark and Iceland. You will be a part of a small team across Denmark and Iceland and have one direct report operating in the Danish market.
